EXECUTIVE BIOS
CreAgri ’s top management has been successful over the past 20 years discovering products in the healthcare business with a special emphasis on new biotechnology-based products. The Company has an excellent reputation and is best known for its creativity and intuition.

Dr. Roberto Crea, Ph.D., Chairman of the Board and Chief Scientist
Dr. Crea received his Ph.D. in Biological Chemistry from University of Pavia, Italy. He was also an Associate Professor of DNA Chemical Synthesis at Leiden University in the Netherlands prior to moving to the US in 1977.

Dr. Crea is considered a pioneer in the biotechnology field and in 1978 he was one of four original Scientific Directors for Genentech, Inc., located in South San Francisco, California. He is the founder of numerous successful biotechnology companies, including Creative Biomolecules, Inc. in Hopkinton, Massachusetts, Creagen, Inc. in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and Bioren S.R.L. in Siena, Italy. Dr. Crea is the author of more than 25 international patents and has co-authored more than 50 scientific articles. He was also the recipient of the Rumbaugh Award for Scientific Contribution given by the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation for America. Dr. Crea divides his time between his homes in the San Francisco Bay Area and Tuscany, Italy.
